Customer Implementations CSM (NYC, NY)

We think this is a fascinating role for professionals with the following backgrounds: Sales Operations, salesforce process engineering consultants (not coders) and sales enablement professionals who are excited about working with many companies and helping them optimize their revenue functions.

The role is similar to a pre-sales engineer and post sales implementation. The difference is that it’s process design, ie it’s not technical. If you can configure salesforce.com, you can configure Troops. It’s all configuration, no code. The key is to take the business use cases and translate that into elegant, easy to use workflows.

After the AE qualifies the opportunity and establishes the business justification for the project, you’d get involved and help prove the product, win the deal and then implement the customer. Our implementations average under 50 hours though that will likely grow with the bigger deals we’re closing.

In this role at Troops, you will have the ability to sell and work with a product that customers love (https://tinyurl.com/y4c5wg9r), work where people enjoy their job and respect their colleagues  (https://tinyurl.com/y64sbms6), and where we live by our values (https://troops.ai/careers).

You will use the product you sell and implement every day and if you’re half as passionate as our customers, you’re going to do very well.

As one of the first to have this specific role, you will have the opportunity to be a leader at Troops and help your customers become masters at their profession.
